Using the motto of "Better management through validation!", and balancing the iron triangle (time to market, cost to reach the customer, and feature set of an endearing product), Andrew has been part of successful startup growth and acquisition since the late 1990s.

Former senior marketing and advertising executive at HAVAS Worldwide. Career highlights include signature campaigns at Apple, Intel, Microsoft, Dell, Xerox, Sprint and Volvo.

Kevin brings 25 years’ experience in business strategy, product development, marketing and business operations with BlackBerry and ATI Technologies (now AMD) among others with extensive experience in semiconductor, communications, security as well as mobile and cloud software development. He has held key roles in startup and early stage companies through both IPO and acquisition stages.

Prior to joining NXM as Director of Engineering, Ariel headed up Amazon's supply chain optimization and advertising team. A 20 year industry veteran, prior to joining Amazon he was VP of R&D at an Israeili mobile app development platform startup. Ariel began his career at Zoran Microelectronics as an engineer developing mobile hardware and software solutions. He holds a MSc in Computer Science and MBA from Tel Aviv University.
